  1. Decide on an email address and create it according to Receiving email
  2. If using an internode email box
    • Turn spam filter
      • on to level 10+
      • delete messages containing virus
      • account reports every 7 days on
    • Set real name and reply-to in webmail.
  3. Notify office of new email addresses for internal use and news-sheet
  4. Provide access to the church network
  5. Connect the computer being used to a printer
  6. Provide a log in to the church website
  7. Update the contact page and associated scripts including functional emails
  8. Obtain a profile and photo for website
  9. Update list of ministers page if a minister
