Photos: Love Makes a Way Vigil

Several members of the Brougham Place community stood in solidarity to raise awareness around Australia’s treatment of Asylum Seekers.  It was a non-violent action hoping to gather energy in the Australian community for change.  We had thousands of people pass by.  There were some who said hardly anything, others shied away, and still others clearly disagreed.  Then there were those who congratulated us, clapped for us, and sang out in appreciation.
