Function - to sing at all services of the church – including Sunday Services, special services including Easter and Christmas and at special church activities.

Music – The choir sings a mixture of traditional and contemporary music Service music consists of an introit, an anthem and a benediction. Music is chosen to complement the readings or the theme for the service. We use the ‘Together in Song’ hymn book.

Special services – appropriate seasonal music for Easter, Christmas and the annual Carol service is chosen. There is also an invitation to join the church choir for the annual Candlelight Christmas Service - in 2008, 8.00pm Sunday December 21st. Please contact Rosemary for information 0419 832 187.

Members – the choir members sing in 4-part harmony – soprano, alto, tenor and bass.

Rehearsal time – Thursday evenings at 7.30pm till 9:30pm in the choir room downstairs.

Weddings – the choir is available for weddings, should they be required. Please contact the music director for assistance in choice of music. We can sing where-ever required in the service – however in general we sing during the signing of the register, an anthem and / or blessing, and assist with congregational hymns. However the choir input is very negotiable.

Accompanists – we have many people who assist with piano/organ accompanying, and also violinists, and a flautist to swell the music interpretation.

Our main choir accompanist is Betty Tothill and service organists are Rosemary Nairn and Lyn Welk-Sandy.

You are most welcome to join If you are interested in singing in our church choir we would be very happy to have you. A good singing voice, a little ability to read music, and a good supply of acceptable jokes is all we require!

Music Director is Rosemary Nairn OAM.
